“The Code of Professional Conduct and Work Ethics” for the Social Security Investment Unit (SSIU) staff aims to:
A- Identify the expected behavior and conducts of the SSIU's staff and the unacceptable behaviors and conducts that do not comply with the values of SSIU
B- Establish moral criteria, fundamental rules and principles for work ethics, high professional values and culture for SSIU staff, reinforce commitment to these criteria, rules and values and establish the bases of good practices and wise governance. These goals can be achieved through creating internal awareness of the importance of professional ethics and self discipline atmosphere in the Unit under the umbrella of law. In addition, SSIU's s staff can achieve these goals by fulfilling their duties and job responsibilities and commitment to improve the Unit’s services and credibility.
C- Promote the citizen's confidence in SSIU's work, and increase respect and appreciation for its role in providing services efficiently.
