Dibbeen Woodland Resort and Spa (Munya)

This project has been established under a partnership with Jordan Dubai Capital.

The project aims at developing the northern region of the Kingdom. The project also aims at uplifting the tourism sector which constitutes a pivotal pillar of the national economy. The project will consist of one seven-star hotel, 24 chalets, a health club, restaurants and coffee shops. 

His Majesty King Abdullah II and her Majesty Queen Rania have attended the inauguration ceremony on 28/4/2009 signaling commencement of the construction work.

Southern Dead Sea Development Company

SSIU has established the Southern Dead Sea Development Company to undertake a tourist and real estate development project of Al-Zara region on the southern shore of the Dead Sea. The project will consist of two five-star hotels and (200) two hundred chalets as one of the most important tourist destinations in Jordan.

Al Muthalathieh Project in Aqaba

SSIU is currently engaged in the preparation of a Master Plan tender and a feasibility study to develop a prime plot of land located in the northern entrance of Aqaba. The size of the land is approximately 123 dunums. The project will include commercial, tourist, cultural and residential facilities according to the highest international standards. This project will promote Aqaba on the world tourist map.

Private Beach in Aqaba

SSIU is working continuously to construct a private beach in Aqaba over a 14 donums piece of land located between InterContinental Aqaba and Kempenski hotels aiming at serving visitors families in Aqaba and particularly guests of non beach front hotels.
