Selling SSC Owned Lands

Social Security Investment Unit periodically offers some lands and real estates for sale to realize high returns in the short and medium terms and to achieve capital gains in the long term.
 
Documents required:
Photocopy of buyer's identity card.

Venue of Applying for the Service:
Real Estate Investments Department/ Social Security Investment Unit.
 
Fees:
No fees required.

Additional Information:
SSIU does not pay any commission fees for real estate brokers.

Buying Land for SSC

The Social Security Investment Unit plays a major role in investing in real estate, taking into consideration the geographic distribution, with focusing on promising open lands and buildings that hold economic potential.
 
Documents Required:
1- Up to date title deed certificate.
2- Land site plan.
3- Up to date index.
4- Photocopy Of Landlord's Identity Card.
5-Photo copy of Irrevocable Power of Attorney.
